Help us understand the issue
Include the app version, your device and operating system, what you expected, and what happened. For a reading task, include the task identifier if the app shows one. Share your account email only when it is needed to find your account. Redact private information from screenshots. Never send passwords or verification codes.
Sign-in and readings
Sign-in uses a six-digit email code that expires after 10 minutes. Check your spam folder and the email address you entered. If a reading is still processing, check its task status before starting another request. Usage limits and provider availability are shown in the app.
Privacy and account deletion
You can export data and start permanent deletion in the app’s Account screen. For a deletion request without the app, follow Account & Data Deletion. For other privacy questions, consult our Privacy Policy or email support with Zodsy privacy request in the subject.
About the service
Zodsy offers astrology learning and personal reflection. AI guides are automated, and readings are not professional advice or emergency assistance. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency service or a qualified professional.
The app is in preview. This website does not promise availability in an app store or provide a download that has not been released.
