Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Zodsy, https://zodsy.noonwake.ai, and related services provided by NOONWAKE TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED (“Noonwake”, “we”, “us”). By using Zodsy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1. What Zodsy provides
Zodsy offers astrology learning, birth-chart explanations, personal readings, and, where enabled, AI text or voice guidance. Features may vary by build, region, and availability. This website is an introductory and support website; it does not promise a release date or public app-store availability.
Astrology and AI content are for education, entertainment, and personal reflection. They are not certain predictions, scientific determinations of personality, or medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Zodsy for emergencies or decisions requiring a qualified professional. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You remain responsible for your decisions.
Symbolic planet illustrations are artwork, not your calculated chart positions or the current Moon phase. Chart facts and their explanations are distinct from generated interpretations. An unknown birth time limits the details that can be calculated.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information and use an email address you control. Keep sign-in codes and sessions private and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Zodsy accounts are product-specific. Other Noonwake accounts, histories, memberships, or balances are not automatically transferred. Guest learning may be available without an account; saved personal readings and synchronization may require sign-in.
3. Your content and AI features
You retain any rights you have in the information and content you submit. You grant Noonwake a limited permission to store, transmit, process, and display that content as necessary to provide your requested services, maintain account history, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.
Only submit information you have the right to use. Do not submit someone else’s private birth details, voice, or confidential information without permission. Review the AI processing disclosure before agreeing to a reading or starting a guide. Starting voice guidance also requires permission to access your microphone. You may decline these optional features.
AI responses are automated content, not a human adviser, therapist, or person with knowledge of your future. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, exclusivity, or suitability of generated content. Review it before using or sharing it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Zodsy for unlawful activity, harassment, exploitation, deception, infringement, or exposing someone else’s private information. Do not attempt to bypass security controls, access another user’s data, extract provider credentials, disrupt the service, or circumvent usage limits. Do not impersonate Noonwake or represent AI output as professional advice from us.
We may apply usage limits or suspend access to protect people and the service. Where appropriate and lawful, we will give notice and a way to contact support. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain available.
5. Availability, usage limits, and payments
Features may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, or staged releases. Reading and guidance limits shown in the app determine availability; a usage allowance is not transferable and does not have cash value.
The introductory website does not sell subscriptions, credits, or memberships. The current Zodsy preview does not include a checkout. If paid features are introduced, their price, billing period, renewal behavior, cancellation steps, and purchase terms must be shown before purchase. These terms do not authorize any charge or automatic renewal. Statutory refund and consumer rights are preserved.
6. Our materials and your license
Noonwake and its licensors own Zodsy’s software, original illustrations, branding, and learning materials, except your content and third-party materials identified by their licenses. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to use the service in accordance with these terms. Do not redistribute our software or materials commercially without authorization.
Third-party websites, maps, email services, app stores, and AI providers may have their own terms. Links do not imply endorsement, and we do not control those services.
7. Export, deletion, and ending use
You can stop using Zodsy at any time. Use the Account screen to export data or request permanent account deletion. You can also request deletion by email through our Account & Data Deletion page. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete server-side account information. Deletion may be irreversible; save information you wish to keep first.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, or legal requirements. We may change or discontinue features subject to applicable law and any commitments made for a paid service. The Privacy Policy describes information that may remain after account deletion.
8. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises of uninterrupted access or error-free output. We are not responsible for harm caused by reliance on symbolic or AI-generated interpretations where liability can lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us for Zodsy in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where exclusion or limitation is unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer guarantees take precedence.
9. Disputes and applicable law
Please first contact support@noonwake.com with a description of the issue so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in another court. Nothing here removes a consumer’s mandatory local rights or prevents a complaint to a competent authority.
10. Changes to these terms
We publish updated terms with a new date. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and seek agreement where required. Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to earlier use. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and request deletion.
11. Mobile app stores
When you use Zodsy on an Apple device, this agreement is between you and Noonwake. Apple does not operate Zodsy or provide its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms to the extent required by the applicable app-store agreement. Applicable app-store usage rules and mandatory law also apply.
